HealthQuest Programs Provided by Skagit Regional Health
Elder Care Options: Gathering Your Support Team at Home Community members are invited to join Debbie Gann of Home Attendant Care for informational workshops focusing on care options available to the elder population. Gann has 30 years of experience working with senior citizens and their families as they plan for the future and work through transition times.
The first session will include information on medical and support services available to help seniors remain safely in their own homes. She will review the roles of home-health, in-home care and hospice; funding options including Medicare, Medicaid and VA benefits; ancillary services including medication management, nutrition, transportation and dementia care as well as a review of the important documents that each of us will need to have in place. No charge, but pre-registration is required by calling 360-814-2424.
