About the Skagit Volunteer Coordinators Network: Come to the Skagit Volunteer Coordinators Network to share information and learn from other volunteer management professionals in the community! Find tips and build community with other nonprofits, government agencies, and other community-based initiatives that utilize volunteer support. The monthly meetings feature a peer learning opportunity that consists of a 15-20 minute overview of a volunteer engagement topic, followed by a facilitated discussion. Join us to discuss best practices and solutions to barriers commonly encountered in the volunteer management world. Meetings will also provide an opportunity for all attendees to promote events, training, and resources relevant to volunteer coordinators.
About the Skagit Volunteer Center: A free collaboration service of Community Action of Skagit County, the Skagit Volunteer Center connects 160+ nonprofit organizations with 4,000 volunteers annually.
