Employee Association Craft Fair at Skagit Valley Hospital

This fair has been growing the past several years to include a variety of arts, crafts, collectibles and delicious treats.

The craft fair will held near the North entrance of Skagit Valley Hospital down the main hallway of the hospital.

Cooking and Nutrition: Better Blood Sugar Control

November is National Diabetes month and will be the focus of this cooking demonstration for adults. Join us for tips on better blood sugar control through food and lifestyle choices. The class will include nutrition education, a cooking demonstration and a chance to enjoy some tasty samples. This presentation will be led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from Sound Dietitians. Funding provided by Skagit Regional Health.
