Adaptive Law’s Response to COVID-19

Dear clients and colleagues,

Until further notice, our office is no longer meeting in person with clients. We are still checking and returning emails and phone messages, and meeting with clients by phone or video conference where feasible. We are also fully set up to provide expedited virtual estate planning services, at reduced rates, to both current and new clients.

If you have an existing appointment, we will be contacting you to either reschedule or arrange to meet by phone or video.

These services are currently limited to simple estate plans only (including a a will, durable financial power of attorney, and health care directives). We can also prepare community property agreements for married couples, where appropriate. No trusts or complex planning. Don’t need or want a full plan right now? Take advantage of our powers of attorney-only package. Must be a resident of Washington or Montana.
