Children of the Valley Run for the Kids

Run, walk or sprint your way through a 10k, 5k or 1k, it’s your choice! Get out there either alone, with a partner, or the whole family to exercise and support our local community during these hard times for our kids.  Walk or run anywhere, on a trail, in a park, or even on a treadmill. Raise money to help Children of the Valley, an organization that is providing full-time support to children from our community who do not have the resources for successful remote education. COV provides a safe, supporting environment so elementary kids most in need can participate in online learning. We provide students daily academic support and assistance. Not only do we help each student understand the material but we instill excitement and encouragement. We also help each child emotionally, with a daily focus on social-emotional learning.

Currently, we are serving 50 children, but that is not enough. There are many more kids on our wait list. With your help we hope to double the number of students served and open three new classrooms this year!
