- Understand the disability interactive process better, including documentation that may be required.
- Learn about options for possible accommodations and limits to providing those accommodations.
- Evaluate the legal risks associates with considering and responding to an employee's request for disability accommodation.
- Discuss real world disability-related questions and scenarios to deeenp learning of disability-related principles.
