Join Mount Vernon Parks & Enrichment Services Department for an Earth Day Celebration!

Saturday, April 22nd from 9:30am to 12:30pm at Hillcrest Park!

This event combines an opportunity to volunteer and give back to the earth with fun games, activities, and giveaways!

This event is for all ages. Individuals, families and groups who are looking for a fun way to engage on Earth Day are all welcome. We will be conducting a "Bio Blitz", along with several stewardship projects in Hillcrest Park. If you want to make a tangible difference in a few hours, this is a great opportunity to do so. We will have FREE trees for adoption, recycled art projects, games, free willdflower seeds, giveaways, and refreshments.
