Cascadia Eye Opens 2024 Applications for two $1,500 “Excellence in Education” scholarships to all areas of study

Cascadia Eye is pleased to announce that we will offer our 22nd annual $1,500 “Excellence in Education” scholarship opportunity to high school senior students in our local  service areas. Our team takes great joy in supporting our young peoples’ future through helping provide education with an eye to the next generation. This scholarship has been going strong since 2003, and this year we will award scholarships to two winning candidates with the following qualifications:

1. G.P.A. of 3.25 or better
2. Planning to attend full-time programs at any trade school, college or university with no limitation to study focus or major.
3. Graduating from a high school, home school or similar program from one of these two regions:
   1. Skagit/North Snohomish County (including Camano Island), or
   2. Coupeville/Oak Harbor/Island County (other than Camano Island).

Applications must be received no later than April 1, 2024. The application consists of the application form, an essay, official transcripts and one letter of reference from either a teacher or employer. Applications may be printed from our website, www.ncascade.com/practice-news/scholarship-application and may be duplicated as necessary. Applicants may also find applications at their high school counseling office, or they may be picked up in any of our locations: Mount Vernon, Sedro-Woolley, Stanwood or Coupeville.
