City of Mount Vernon “Sprouting Knowledge” Transformer Wrap Project

The City of Mount Vernon’s Arts Commission is proud to sponsor the Transformer Wrap Project. It is an opportunity to create an artistic wrap for the large transformer that will be at the entrance to the parking garage connected to the new Library Commons project. The theme for the wrap is “Sprouting Knowledge” to reflect our community’s agricultural heritage and growth through learning.

The purpose of this project is to add vibrancy and color to the entrance of the new Library Commons parking garage while promoting learning and the deep agricultural heritage of Mount Vernon.
