Free Training Program for Local Businesses in Skagit Valley

The Skagit Tourism Bureau is offering a no-cost Customer Service training program to enhance service standards across our community. As the destination marketing organization for Skagit County, our mission is to manage our destination with authenticity, preserving community pride while inviting visitors to experience our unique charm. Exceptional customer service is essential in providing an outstanding visitor experience, whether in accommodations, dining, or local businesses.
