Presentation Overview:
In this interactive presentation, Billy will bring the tenets of improvisation to the HR professionals through personal stories and tried and true exercises. Improvisation focuses on connection, being present, and saying yes to collaboration, which are focuses that enable positive flow in the workplace. This presentation will allow you to experience outside the box thinking and will be a lot of fun!
About the Speaker:
Billy has been learning, performing, and teaching improvisation since 1998, and has been in management professionally since 2001. For the past 6 or 7 years, Billy has been teaching improvisation for teams, groups, organizations, and businesses in a practiced called Applied Improvisation. Billy has taught workshops and facilitated interactive improv presentations to small and large businesses in the Northwest, including Woods Coffee, Barleans, Microsoft, WECU, and many more.
