What is Grounding Ceremony?
Grounding Ceremony is a sacred practice that helps to release stuck energy and to reconnect with your Higher Self and Mother Earth. It is a traditional process foundational to increasing awareness and guides you to tune-in to higher consciousness. The Grounding Ceremony brings alignment and connection to higher realms.
In this one and a half-hour class, you will be lying down and listening to a seed sound chant while I do energy work on each individual as well as for the collective group. In addition to this, you will be guided to do a breathing meditation that opens and aligns each chakra to create a safe space for healing. In the beginning of the class, we will be moving around to release any tensions and unwanted energies and connect with Mother Earth. At the end of the seed sound chant, we will come together in a circle to end the ceremony. You will also be provided time to journal your experience or lie down and gift yourself the space and time of integration. Jahn Clarisse Madlangbayan is an Energy Healing Practitioner and founder of Quantum Clarity. A seeker and an adventurer of deep understanding, she has been in the spiritual and self healing path since the dawn of her teenage years. She holds a Bachelor degree in Liberal Arts and a Master’s degree in Eastern Classics from St. John’s College, Santa Fe, NM. She studied the ancient and modern philosophical work that formed the foundation of Western Civilization. Similarly, she studied the philosophical, theological, and literary work that shaped the foundation of China, India, and Japan.
