Skagit Impressions Banner Contest
A competition to create a street banner that will raise awareness of Mount Vernon's natural beauty, culture, and heritage and engage the community while showcasing local artists from the state of Washington. To add vibrancy and color to the City's streetscape while promoting the diverse culture of Mount Vernon and Skagit County.
Submissions will be accepted through Friday, February 25th, 2022.
Submissions may be submitted via email to mvparks@mountvernonwa.gov OR dropped off at Hillcrest Park Administration Office.
