Salem Village seeks Executive Manager

Salem Village, A Washington Nonprofit Corporation providing quality senior housing in Mount Vernon is seeking an Executive Manager. The current executive, Gene Van Selus, after 20+ years with Salem Village is stepping towards retirement. During his term, Salem Village housing availability nearly doubled to over 160 units, some managed directly by the Executive and others under contract with a property management firm. Demonstrated executive ability, organizational acumen, and knowledge of housing are important. General experience and good sense along with the proper demeanor must be evident.
